Is this a full gi or just a jacket?
A full Brazilian jiu-jitsu uniform: jacket and pants. No belt included. Belts are sold separately ($25). Every gi ships inside its own Murder Pajamas drawstring gi bag, included free.
What sizes do you offer?
Kids sizes M0000, M000, K00 and M0 to M5, $90. Adult sizes A0 to A6, plus long sizes A1L, A2L and A3L and heavy A3H, $95. Heavy (H) is A3 height, roomier through the body. See the size guide for the chart. We do not use S, M, L for gis. The exact sizes in stock are confirmed when the first carton arrives.
How do I choose between A2 and A2L?
L is longer in the body and sleeves, not a looser cut. If you need extra length, pick L. More sizing advice goes up once the first gis are measured.
What colors does the gi come in?
Black and white. Both have red and black skeleton, scythe and X art on the back panel.
What weave or fabric is it?
The standard training gi is 450 GSM fabric, 80% cotton and 20% polyester, with a full 100% polyester lining. The Competition Gi is 380 GSM, 90% cotton and 10% polyester with rash guard material lining only at the top. The jacket weave and pants fabric details are confirmed when the first carton arrives. Why pick the Standard over the Competition Gi?
For daily training. The Standard is 80% cotton and 20% polyester, and that extra polyester helps it hold its shape and dry faster than a mostly cotton gi. It also has a full 100% polyester lining from the collar down the back, so it feels smoother and has more structure. It is 450 GSM, heavier than the 380 GSM Competition Gi, at the same price. Is it IBJJF competition legal?
The standard Original Gi is a training gi. It is 80% cotton and 20% polyester with a full lining, and it is not made to IBJJF uniform rules.
If you compete, pick the Competition Gi on the gi page (Choose your gi). It is 90% cotton and 10% polyester with rash guard material lining only at the top, built to the IBJJF uniform fabric and lining rules. It is 380 GSM, the same price, and ships on the same timeline, about 4 weeks.
Color, fit, patches and the referee's uniform check at the event still apply, so check your event's rules before you compete.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low with a dryer sheet. Do not bleach.

Virginia, USA. We pack and ship every order ourselves.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping to any US address. US addresses only for now.
When will my order ship?
Everything is made to order right now. Preorders ship in about 4 weeks. We email tracking when it ships.
Can I return or exchange my gi?
Yes. Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the gi is unworn and unwashed with the tags on. Email us your order number to start. You pay return shipping unless the gi arrived defective or wrong. Gym orders with a logo or patch are final sale, except for defects. Full details are on the shipping and returns page.
Do you sell kids gis?
Yes. The Original Gi comes in kids sizes M0000 to M5 for $90, $5 less than adult sizes. Right now we only make gis.
