Size chart (inches)
Gis use gi sizes, not S, M, L. Kids sizes run M0000 to M5 and adult sizes run A0 to A6. Long (L) means extra body and sleeve length, not a different cut. Heavy (H) means the same height as the regular size, roomier through the body.

The daily driver
Why train in the Standard
The Competition Gi exists because the IBJJF has strong feelings about what is inside your jacket. The Standard is for every other day you show up to get choked.
- Built to fight the dryer. 80/20 cotton/poly. That 20% polyester helps the gi hold its shape and dry faster than a mostly cotton weave, so your A2 has a better shot at staying an A2. Our own wash test numbers go up when the first carton lands.
- Fully lined. Fully evil. A full 100% polyester lining runs from the collar down the back of the jacket: black and white stripes with a skeleton label. Smoother on your skin, more structure in the jacket, and the best looking inside in the room.
- Heavier fabric, same price. 450 GSM, against 380 GSM on the Competition Gi, at the same $95 adult and $90 kids. The lining costs you nothing extra.
- Made for the grind. Drilling, open mats, and the blue belt who rolls like he has a grudge. Entering an IBJJF event? Pick the Competition Gi above. It is built to their fabric and lining rules, so you can save your arguing with the rulebook about everything else.
The Standard is a training gi and is not made to IBJJF uniform rules. Compare both builds
